Q: What is the minimum period of occupation?

A: Forsyth Business Centres offer flexible agreements from 1-12 months, eliminating high start up costs, complicated lease agreements and delays. The Forsyth Flyer allows you to use an office at any of our Business Centres for an hour, a morning, an afternoon or a day.

Q: Can the telephone be answered in my name if I am out?

A: Yes, our fully trained Centre staff provide professional telephone answering services from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm.

Q: Can I arrange to use a meeting room?

A: Meeting rooms and boardrooms can be reserved and catering arranged in all Centres.

Q: We have several members of our team networked together via our PCs. Will we be able to connect them in a Forsyth Business Centre?

A: Yes, WANs and LANs are available through Category 5 structured cabling which is fitted in our Centres.

Q: We often have to work outside normal office hours and at weekends - can we still get in?

A: Access to all Centres is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reception and switchboard are staffed Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm

Q: Do I need to have my own secretary if I have an office in a Forsyth Business Centre?

A: Centre staff are able to perform a full range of secretarial services including Word Processing, Filing, Mailshots, Databases and Presentations.
